If for any reason you're not happy, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be included

Note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Send an email to enigme@prestsocial.com with your order number and the reason for return.

We will then provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
